Secret Vegetarian Cannelloni

Ingredients
  • 1 pack SECRET SAUSAGES (recommend Honey Bee or for a warm flavour Chilli & Coriander)
  • 8 CANNELLONI TUBES
  • 1 TIN CHOPPED PLUM TOMATOES
  • 4/6 FRESH BASIL LEAVES
  • 3 FRESH OREGANO LEAVES
  • 300ML HALF FAT CRÈME FRESH
  • 100g VEGETARIAN SOFT CHEESE
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SALT & PEPPER
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºC/Gas 4
  2. Take the tin of tomatoes and place in a mixing bowl, finely chop the fresh basil and oregano and fold into the tomatoes, you can keep some back for garnish
  3. Remove the skin from the secret sausages and fill the cannelloni making sure no air is trapped
  4. Transfer the tomato sauce into an ovenproof dish, making sure the entire base is covered
  5. Place the cannelloni snugly in a row
  6. To make the Béchamel Sauce place the crème fresh and half fat vegetarian soft cheese in a mixing bowl
  7. Mix until smooth then pour over the cannelloni
  8. Sprinkle over the finely chopped basil and oregano that was set aside along with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper
  9. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
  10. Enjoy with salad.
